Our company has 8 High Speed KARL-MAYER(GERMANY) Warp Knitting machine that can run up to speed of 2900RPM. This 28Gauge machines assist us in enhancing the per day production rate to 175kgs. The remarkable quality of the Warp Knitted fabrics produced by the machines finds its diverse applications.

 

Application: Automotive, sports wear, shoe fabrics, mosquito nets, advertising media.

We have installed a high speed Single jersey machine of the Mayer & Cie, Germany make. Additionally, we have other Knitting machines from Senher(Taiwan). The per day production with these machines reaches to 20Tons, which includes Polyester, Polyester/Cotton, Polyester/Viscose, 100% cotton fabrics.

 

Application: the fabrics produced finds its usage in garments, ladies wear, shoe lining, home furnishing, jacketing, sportswear

Our manufacturing unit has 2 Aalidhra texturizing machine of 336 Spindles, which is mainly used for producing, 75D Yarn, Bright, Serina, ROTO yarn. Further for the production of the fabrics we procure POY from the world leaders of the polyester yarn namely Indorama and Reliance.

One of the most innovative division of our infrastructure is this. To ensure smooth and qualitative working of the unit, we have installed high quality and productive machine dyeing from Germany, China and India.

• Ballon Padder: Bianco, Italy
• Slitting Line: Tex fab

We are in process of setting up a Rotary Printing machine of 12 colors for making fine quality printing of Circular Knit and Warp Knit fabrics.

 

Application: Produced printed fabrics are used in production of garments, dress materials, home furnishing and similar products.
